Sadio netted 12 goals in 38 matches for the German champion in an underwhelming campaign despite the great first impression.
The forward was also seen fighting with Leroy Sane in the Manchester City dressing room after the defeat of the Sky Blues in the Champions League.
Bayern got back most of the money they paid for the player from Senegal to Liverpool in the previous summer transfer windows – around 45 million dollars.
The German side CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen shared that Mane – who inked a 4-year deal with the Saudi Arabian team, had a rough season after joining from the Premier League.
“Sadio was not able to contribute as much as all the people in our club and he himself expected,” claimed the Bayern CEO.
