The best organization in the league spent the 2025 campaign hiding in plain sight. Phenomenal performances by defense and special teams, armed with a QB nobody believed in and run by a 38-year-old, 2nd-year manager, the Seattle Seahawks continued to dominate.
They won in the home stadium of the division-rival San Francisco by defeating the New England Patriots 29-13 to clinch their 2nd Super Bowl title in organization history and be the best team in the NFL in a campaign that nobody expected that from them.

“We are just footballers who battle daily and trust in each other as we also trust at 100% our head coach,” CB Devon Witherspoon shared after the triumph.
The Seahawks phenomenal defense left no chance for the Pats and Drake Maye. Eight of New England’s 1st 9 possessions finished with a punt, and the other ended with a kneel-down to close the 1st half. When the 3rd quarter ended, the Pats were still scoreless.
Seattle QB Sam Darnold claimed after the victory that he felt relaxed during the whole season, because he knew that his defense had his back every match and that he played with confidence.
The Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III was named the MVP as he is 1st RB to secure the award since Denver’s Terrell Davis in Super Bowl XXXII after the 1997 campaign.
