This weekend Formula 1 returns to Asia for the Singapore Grand Prix. The Marina Bay circuit has been one of the tracks that didn’t produce exiting races and very often the pilot starting from pole position finished the race as a winner.
🚨 Reminder that the Marina Bay Street Circuit in Singapore will have it’s Sector 3 modified.
T16-T19 will be replaced with one long straight.

The whole configuration was difficult for overtakes on the street circuit, but this year there will be changes in order to improve the racing.
In sector three, turns 16 to 19 are replaced by another long straight that will definitely help the drivers to get to a top speed and try more overtakes. Apart from that, the whole lap time is expected to be down with about 10 seconds than previous years.
At Marina Bay Max Verstappen will be fighting for his 11th win in a row this season, as he is flying towards his third world title.
