The rescheduling of the match was announced today by New York Governor Kathy Hochul. The movement came after discussions with National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell, emergency response teams, Buffalo’s owners, and the league.
“At the moment, you may see clear skies tomorrow morning, but don’t be fooled,” the governor shared. “The bullseye of the storm will be on Sunday afternoon right during the Bills’ playoff match… The match will continue to be played at Highmark Field right in Orchard Park. We decided to keep New Yorkers, motorists, and supporters safe during the snowstorm that will hit our state.”
Buffalo is a 10-point favorite against Pittsburgh, according to gambling sites.
