Chelsea will pay an initial 65 million dollars fee + 9 million dollars in achievable add-ons.

The 19-year-old midfielder will have medical tests in a few days before the deal is officially completed, and he returns to play in the Premier League with Chelsea after starting the season in Championship with Southampton.
Liverpool offered 76 million dollars for Lavia, and the Saints accepted the offer. Still, the midfielder only wanted to play in Chelsea, as the same thing happened with Moises Caicedo, who chose the Blues over the Reds.
Southampton bought Romeo from Manchester City for only 14 million dollars. Still, the Sky Blues will receive 1/5 of the transfer fee that Chelsea will pay for the midfielder after adding a sell-on clause when the player left Etihad a year ago.
