Boston takes 2-1 series lead before Game 4 in Cleveland on Monday

Jayson Tatum delivered a stunning performance with 33 points, 13 rebounds, and six assists, leading the Boston Celtics to a 106-93 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night, propelling them to a 2-1 series lead in the Eastern Conference second-round playoff series.

Teammate Jaylen Brown contributed significantly with 28 points on an efficient 13-of-17 shooting, accompanied by nine rebounds. Jrue Holiday added 18 points, eight rebounds, and five assists, while Derrick White chipped in with 12 points for the Celtics.

After surrendering homecourt advantage with a disappointing loss in Game 2, Boston responded emphatically to regain control of the series.

Donovan Mitchell led the charge for the Cavaliers with 33 points, connecting on seven 3-pointers. Evan Mobley contributed 17 points and eight rebounds, while Caris LeVert and Darius Garland each scored 15 points.

With Game 4 scheduled for Monday night in Cleveland, both teams will look to seize momentum in what promises to be another thrilling matchup.
