Tyrese Maxey was dominant early, pouring in 23 first-half points to help Philadelphia build a commanding 23-point halftime lead. He finished with 34 points, marking his fifth consecutive 30-point game and his 14th straight with at least 28.
Boston’s fourth-quarter surge saw them score 25 of the first 31 points in the frame. White and Sam Hauser each knocked down two clutch three-pointers, and a deep shot from Tatum with 6:51 left put the Celtics ahead for good at 101-100.
Kelly Oubre Jr. recorded 18 points and 13 rebounds for the 76ers, while Guerschon Yabusele scored 21 points. Ricky Council IV contributed 11 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds.
Philadelphia previously defeated the Celtics 118-114 in Boston on Christmas Day, powered by 27 points from Joel Embiid and seven three-pointers from Caleb Martin. However, both were absent on Sunday—Martin missed his 12th straight game due to a hip strain, while Embiid sat out his 15th consecutive game with a knee injury.
