Man United confirmed the deal – worth around 1.6 billion dollars at the end of the past weekend, with the new shareholder ready to invest an additional 300 million dollars into the Red Devils. Ratcliffe also took full control of football operations at the Premier League giants.
The Dutch manager of the team believes the move is positive for the Red Devils and wants to meet with the new boss and INEOS soon.
“The schedule is so tight that I didn’t have the time so far to speak with them, but it will happen soon,” Ten Hag shared with the media today.
“I look forward to the discussions. INEOS wants to work with me; I want to work with them, we will talk about everything at the upcoming meetings.”
“We proved, despite all the setbacks, that this squad is strong.”
