Ten Hag wants to clear Manchester United’s squad

Man United are expecting multiple players to leave the side from the Dutch head coach’s 1^st-team in the upcoming winter transfer window after their exit from the Champions League as they failed to qualify even for the Europa League after finishing at the bottom of their group and will not play any more European matches this campaign.

With no European tournaments in 2024 and only the league and the FA Cup left to compete for, the manager is willing to cut his squad.

Jadon Sancho is the 1^st expected to change his club since he has not played since the beginning of the campaign after his scandal with the head coach.

Donny van de Beek will most likely look for a new team after being on the pitch only 2 times this campaign. Anthony Martial is also up for a transfer as the French forward contract expires at the end of the season.
