The Tennessee Titans announced that they Mike Vrabel is no longer their manager today.
The organization’s owner Amy Adams Strunk shared about the dismissal:

“At the beginning of the day, I spoke with Mike Vrabel and shared with him my decision to make a change to the managerial position. As I already shared with him, this firing was 1 of the toughest calls I’ve made as Controlling Owner.”
Mike’s dismissal comes 1 year after Tennessee changed the GM position, appointing Ran Carthon.
“As the league continues to innovate and evolve, I believe the franchises best positioned for sustained success will be the organizations that empower an aligned and collaborative team across all football functions.
In the past campaign, we shifted our approach to football leadership and made a few changes to our personnel to release that plan. As I continued to assess the state of the Titans, I believe that the franchise would also take positives from the fresh way and perspective of new managerial staff,” the owner added.
