The tournament starts on November 30 and it will be 47-year-old’s first outing since undergoing a surgery in the spring.
Woods withdrew from the Masters in April to have a surgery on his right ankle.
“My ankle is fine. Where they fused my ankle, I have absolutely zero issue whatsoever.” Woods said earlier this month.
“That pain is completely gone. It´s the other areas that have been compensated for.”
The golf legend has managed to compete in only five Tour events since his horrific car incident back in 2021. He has managed to complete the full 72 hours only on two occasions as he still struggles with walking.
