Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill suffered an ankle injury and was carted to the locker room in the final minutes of the 3rd quarter of his franchise’s 24-16 defeat to Baltimore Ravens today at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
Michael Pierce didn’t even take a full step before hitting Ryan Tannehill. He hit him with his shoulder. Didn’t drop his weight on him. This is a textbook QB hit flagged for roughing the passer. pic.twitter.com/YRSS3Vlr8e

The problem 1st incurred when Baltimore DL Justin Madubuike sacked the QB at the beginning of the 3rd quarter. Tannehill continued to compete through the problem until he came off the match after throwing a pick with 4:43 left in the 3rd quarter. Ryan ended the clash with 8 of 16, passing for 74 yards and the pick.
Tannehill was sidelined for the final 3 matches of the 2022 campaign with an ankle problem.
Reserve QB Malik Willis replaced him and completed a 9-yard pass to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine in his 1st pass attempt of the campaign. However, Tennessee were forced to punt on that attack. Willis finished the clash 4 of 5 passing for 74 yards and was sacked 4 times.
