Toronto Raptors reported that they sacked Nick Nurse, who will not be coming back as head coach for the next season. Nurse won the NBA championship in 2019 with the franchise.

Ime Udoka, ex-Celtics head coach, has a big chance to be the new head coach of the Raptors.
Nick (55) spent 5 seasons with Toronto and had a 227-163 record. He won 2 Atlantic Division titles and led Raptors to 3 playoffs.

The Canadian team failed to make the postseason in 2023 after losing against Chicago Bulls 109-105 in the East nine-ten Play-in match.
