Stefanos Tsitsipas dropped two places in the ATP world rankings and is now 5th after the Monte Carlo Masters last week.
The Greek player won in Monaco last season an had 1000 points to defend, but was knocked out in the 1/4-finals by Taylor Fritz, USA, who is still number 10 right after Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime.
Novak Djokovic continues to hold the record for most weeks as No. 1. The Serbian has 7240 points in his account. Second with 6770 points is the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, and third with 5255 points is the Norwegian Casper Ruud. Monte Carlo winner Andrey Rublev keeps 6th place, but is much closer to top 5.
