Bayern Munich got off to a great start under their new coach Thomas Tuchel, trashing their main title rival Borussia Dortmund 4-2 at Allianz Arena.
The champions decided everything in the derby inside the first 23 minutes.
In the 13 minutes Upamecano sent a long pass forward and Gregor Kobel made an unthinkable mistake, letting the ball slide under his foot and rolling into the net.
Just five minutes later De Light headed the ball from a corner, but Muller was at the right place to finish it off for 2-0.
In the 23 minute Muller added his second. Sane made a promising shot, which ricocheted and turned out to become a perfect pass for Muller, who finished with ease.
