Centre Manu Tuilagi will be sidelined for the beginning of England’s 6 Nations season with a groin problem.
Manu sustained a grade 3 tear in the 2nd half of Sale’s 22-20 Premiership victory against Saracens at the Salford Community Stadium a few days ago.
Manu Tuilagi will miss England’s 2024 Six Nations opener against Italy due to injury.

Tuilagi, who has played 60 matches for the English National Rugby team, has suffered by a long-term groin injury at the beginning of his career.
The problem most likely means that the centre will be unavailable for England’s 1st match at the tournament vs. Italy at the Italian capital on February 3rd. England’s next match at the Six Nations is against Wales at Twickenham next weekend.
” Tuilagi has pulled his groin, and we believe he’s going to be back during the 6 Nations, but not for the 1st match of England,” Sale director of rugby Alex Sanderson admitted.
