The five-time world champion USA will face Giannis Antetokounmpo and Greece in the group stage of the 2023 World Cup. The draw was held earlier today in Manila for the upcoming championship that will be hosted by Indonesia, the Philippines and Japan, between August 25 and September 10.
The matches of groups “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” will be held in Manila (Philippines), those of groups “E” and “F” will take place in Okinawa (Japan), and the group matches “G” and “H” will be played in Jakarta (Indonesia).
Canada is in Group “H” in the company of Latvia, Lebanon and France.

The current world champion Spain will play with Brazil, Iran and Ivory Coast in Group “G” of the competition.
