Follow usThe Colorado Avalanche is very optimistic that Valeri Nichushkin will be able to be with his teammates in the upcoming training camp, a franchise spokesperson shared the news.
The news comes around 6 weeks after Colorado GM Chris MacFarland shared that he doesn’t know what will happen with Valeri, who missed Avs’s final 5 postseason matches for “personal reasons.”
“I can’t tell you anything about Nichushkin besides that he was a crucial player for our franchise since he joined. We hope this will continue, and he will be crucial for us in the upcoming season,” the general manager said last month.
