The London side is 11 points off fourth-place Tottenham
Aston Villa won 2-0 their clash against Chelsea at “Stamford Bridge” and worsened the situation of the Blues.
The Birmingham side scored their first goal in the 18 minute when Ollie Watkins saw Kepa off his goal line and lobbed him with precise shot from the edge of the box.
The match continued to be balanced and both teams had chances in front of the goals, but in the 57 minute Villa secured the three points with amazing long-range shot by John McGinn, which left Kepa helpless for the second time of the night.
This is the first loss for Chelsea since February 26, but they are still far away from European places on 11th with 38 points. Villa are now 9th with 41 points.
