Lindsey Vonn’s dad revealed today that the American superstar will no longer race if it’s his decision to make and that she will not return to the Winter Olympics after breaking her leg in the downhill during the past weekend.
“Lindsey is 41 years old, and this is the end of her career,” Alan Kildow shared with the media. “She will not race anymore, as long as I have anything to say about it.”

Yesterday, Vonn had undergone a procedure on her left leg, and the U.S. Ski Team revealed that their superstar was in stable condition. It hasn’t been more updated since then.
Her father didn’t disclose any more details about her injuries, but revealed how she is emotionally:
“Vonn is a very strong human being,” her dad shared. “Lindsey knows physical pain, and she understands the circumstances that he is in at the moment. And she will overcome it. Better than I expected. I believe in her and know that she is a very strong person. And at the moment, she is handling it very well.”
