The Hammers offered 26 million dollars for the former Man. United captain in July, but the team from Old Trafford rejected it.
The London side also want to sign another United player – Scott McTominay.
The Red Devils are ready to sell them but at the right price.
West Ham reached an agreement with Ajax about inking midfielder Edson Alvarez with the Premier League team paying 43 million dollars + 3 million dollars in add-ons.
Edson is expected to fly to London tomorrow for his medical tests before becoming a West Ham player.
Maguire is not part of the plans of the head coach Erik ten Hag for the starting 11 in the upcoming campaign, but the Red Devils will only sell him if they get paid “fair market value” for the England international.
West Ham have made a £60million ($76.7m) double bid for Harry Maguire and Scott McTominay.
