The London team climbed to the 6th place in the league after triumphing 2-0 against 2nd-placed Arsenal at Emirates yesterday.
David (60), who is in his 2nd spell at the helm of the side, has a current contract with the Hammers that expires at the end of the season.
“We’re getting ready to discuss. I don’t think any of us want to do it as soon as possible,” shared West Ham United manager after the Emirates Stadium win.
“I think we are just happy to ensure we will do it. We will do that – I don’t see any obstacles to remaining on the team.
“We are not 1 of the best clubs. We are trying to get up and make the side better. For the Hammers to play in the European tournaments is a fantastic achievement.”
