Game 5 was very similar to Game 1 as the Thunder got a huge advantage at their venue and the Pacers came back in the 4th quarter.
However, this time, Indiana triumphed.
Jalen Williams finished with a career postseason-high 40 points, MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 31, and Oklahoma City moved 1 victory from a title by defeating Indiana 120-109.

“We try to do our best,” shared Jalen, whose previous postseason best was 34.
“It wasn’t a great match for us, and we can improve a lot of things,” claimed OKC boss Mark Daigneault. “But we definitely played better than in the previous match from the series.”
Pascal Siakam scored 28 points for the Pacers, who will welcome Game 6 in a must-win clash to tie the matchup. TJ McConnell notched 18 for Indiana, who made it within 2 points in the 4th quarter after trailing 18 – but then Oklahoma City took control and beat them.
“We didn’t do enough to win the match when we cut our deficit to only 2 points,” shared Siakam. “But, without a doubt, we fought.”
