The newest signed Winnipeg Jet, Dylan Samberg, extends for 2 years at $1.4M AAV.
Incredible value. I believe he should move into a top-four role as early as next season. #NHLJets @TheAthletic pic.twitter.com/Tq1ZQKQ2oz

Dylan (24) played in 63 matches for Winnipeg last campaign and finished with 2 goals and 8 points.
Samberg was a restricted free agent and concluded his 3-year, 3.5 million dollar entry-level deal in the past season.
He was the 43rd overall draft as Winnipeg selected him at the 2017 NHL Draft; the defenceman notched 2 goals and earned 13 points in 78 career matches.
He has international experience as he was part of the USA roster at the 2023 IIHF World Championship in Finland and Latvia and finished with 1 goal and 4 points in 10 matches.
He also represented the United States at the 2018 and 2019 IIHF World Junior Championships, winning bronze and silver medals during these championships.
