However, following discussions with club president Joan Laporta, Xavi has decided to reverse his decision. In a press conference, he expressed confidence in the support from the president, board, and players, emphasizing that the project at Barcelona is not yet complete.
“I changed my mind because I really felt total confidence from the president, from the board and the players too. This project isn’t finished yet,” Xavi stated.
“I am 100% committed. The trust they have placed in me again is spectacular. Let’s get to work.”

He acknowledged the strength of the team and his staff, stating his belief in their ability to achieve significant goals together and continue the project they have started.
