The Ivory Coast forward will be looking to bolster the Turkish side's squad

Galatasaray have signed Wilfred Zaha for 2.35 million euros after the 30-year-old’s contract with Crystal Palace expired.

Zaha has signed a three-year deal worth 4.35 million euros annual salary, the Turkish club announced.

The 30-year-old spent nearly a decade with the Eagles, registering 458 appearances and bagging 90 goals.

Last season he wore the captain’s armband on multiple occasions and managed to score 7 goals, but he was hampered by constant injuries that forced him to the sidelines on multiple occasions.

“I want to thank [Palace chairman] Steve Parish, all of my teammates, coaches and the entire Palace fanbase for always believing in me and encouraging me to get to where I am today,” Zaha wrote in a statement to the Palace fans.

“I have been blessed to play in front of you and call you family from the day you accepted me.

“From the bottom of my heart, I’m forever grateful.”
