Alexander settled the abuse case brought by an ex-girlfriend.

Alexander Zverev has agreed on a settlement after being accused by his former girlfriend and mother of his child of physical abuse, and a German court closed the case today, the Roland-Garros ½ finalist’s attorneys revealed hours before his match in Paris.

The settlement demand that the tennis player will pay his former girlfriend over 200,000 dollars but he is not found guilty of any wrongdoing.

“The abuse case vs. Alexander Zverev was shelved today by the court with the agreement of the prosecutor’s office and his former girlfriend,” Zverev’s attorney announced today.

“He agreed to this … in order to shorten the process, most importantly in the interest of the child they have together. Sasha remains innocent.”

The settlement was announced hours before his match at the Roland-Garros ½ finals vs. Casper Ruud.

His ex-girlfriend became a mother to his child 3 years ago, but at that time, they were already separated.
