Inter and AC Milan have attracted almost 4 million supporters in matches across all competitions. In Europe, only Manchester United and Barcelona have gathered more fans in their home stadiums.
The leader in the ranking in terms of the total number of fans who visited the matches of the home championships is Barcelona. Over 1.6 million people visited the 19 home games of the Catalans in La Liga. In terms of average attendance, Serie A still lags behind the Premier League, Bundesliga and La Liga, but Italian clubs have seen the biggest increase in attendance in the post-Covid period – 17%.
Inter’s home matches were watched live by 1.97 million people, and Milan’s by 1.86 million. T
