According to the source, the management of the Saudi team is considering the possibility of terminating the agreement with the 31-year-old Brazilian in order to make room for the signing of another foreign star in the winter transfer window. The club are reportedly looking to strengthen the left-back position.

The striker was diagnosed with a torn cruciate ligament and meniscus of the left knee and after his surgery, his recovery is estimated at more than six months.
