Carlos Alcaraz won his last match on the ATP tour as a teenager against Karen Khachanov 2:0 sets (6-4, 7-5).

To make it to the semifinals, Alcaraz also eliminated Ruusuvuori 2:1 sets in the 2nd round, 2:0 sets Grigor Dimitrov in the 3rd round, and 2:0 sets against Alexander Zverev in the round of 16.
The Russian beat his countryman Andrey Rublev in straight sets in the round of 16, as before that, Khachanov also won against Monteiro and Bautista-Agut in 3 sets.
That was the 3rd clash between Alcaraz and Khachanov, and Carlos won all of them. The young tennis superstar from Spain beat him again on clay in the French Open and in Hamburg last year.

Alcaraz will play again on Saturday, on his birthday, when he will no longer be a teenager.
