Lisandro Martinez is back and training with his teammates at the Red Devils after missing the past 8 months due to a knee procedure, but his head coach warned him not to rush his return to the pitch.
Martinez has hoped to be in the team for the upcoming match vs. Nottingham Forest, but Ruben Amorim has now disclosed whether he will use the Argentinian defender or not this weekend.
Manchester United boss didn’t feature Lisandro in his squad that will travel to face the Trees on Saturday despite the fact that Martinez told him that he is ready and wants to be on the pitch. However, for Amorim, the health of his players is the number 1 priority, and he will not take any risks with the Argentinian defender by putting him on the pitch too swiftly.
Man United are in great form at the moment as they secured 3 consecutive victories in the Premier League for the 1st time ever with Amorim at the helm, and they will hope that this series will continue when they face Nottingham in 2 days.
