Santos, who has played 1 match for Brazil, became the Blues player from Vasco da Gama at the beginning of the year before being loaned back 2 months later.
Andrey netted 8 goals in 33 matches as his team in Brazil secured promotion to Brazil’s top flight in the past year.
“I’m very optimistic about joining the club. I know Forest is an elite team,” the midfielder shared after his transfer.
“They have great players and play great football, which is what matters to me. I always wanted to compete in the Premier League and can’t wait for that to become reality.”
In February, the midfielder captained Brazil to triumph in the South American U-20 Championship, ending the competition as joint-top scorer with 6 goals.
