Matt Olson hit double two-run homers as Strider became the quickest player to reach 100 strikeouts in a single season.
The two(Acuna and Olson) proved to be a deadly combination as they opened up a scoring of up to 7-0 with the Braves bagging a season-record of 20 hits.
For the Phillies shortstop Trea Turner and left fielder Kyle Schwarber each committed an error on a grounder by Orlando Arcia, which resulted in two unearned runs in the inning.
Strider walked Kody Clemens to open the third. Brandon Marsh followed with a two-run homer for the Phillies’ first hit. Schwarber hit a two-run homer off Collin McHugh in the seventh.
