The 33-year-old was brought in by Rodgers to Liverpool in 2014, but torrid spell saw the Italian score just once in 16 league appearances and 4 goals overall across all competitions.
Afterwards Balotelli was loaned to Milan and the two, understandably did not get on very well.
The 33-year-old has not reignited their past feud by lashing out at the ex-Liverpool boss.
“Brendan Rodgers is the worst coach I have ever had. He was number one as far as training sessions were concerned, what with keeping possession of the ball and the small-sided games. But as a person he was a disaster.” Balotelli said.
