A lot of comebacks, but in the end, the Catalan side won.

Barcelona won against Villarreal 4-3 Estadio de la Ceramica in a clash that saw a lot of lead changes as the Yellow Submarine can regret that they didn’t win any points after leading 3-2 after 50 minutes.

Barca took a 2-0 lead only after 15 minutes. Gavi and Frenkie de Jong scored as 16-year-old Lamine Yamal assisted for the 1st goal.

However, the Yellow Submarine made a comeback. The result was 2-2 after goals from Juan Foyth and Alexander Sorloth.

Only 5 minutes after the beginning of the 2nd half, Alexander Sorloth netted to give the 1st lead in the match for Villarreal. After that, it came time for another comeback as the Catalan side took the lead again after 2 goals within 3 minutes from Ferran Torres and Robert Lewandowski.

The Yellow Submarine will play at Cadiz next weekend, while Barcelona will face Osasuna away from home.
