Barcelona want to ink teenager Echeverri

Barca are keen to sign River Plate player Claudio Echeverri but it would not be an easy task because the teenager is also wanted by the biggest European teams also.

The main competitors of Barcelona at the moment are Premier League sides – Chelsea and Man. City and Ligue 1 champions – PSG but the biggest advantage of the Catalan team is that Echeverri himself shared that it would be a dream come true if he continues his career with the Xavi’s side.

“As well as River, I would like 1 day to be part of Barça,” the teenager admitted before the under-17 World Cup in the past month. “I am a big Leo Messi supporter, and I watched him play there, so they are a team I have watched my whole life, and I’m definitely a Barcelona fan.”

Xavi Hernández also admitted today that he would be happy if Claudio became part of his team in the future.
