Vincent will be the next manager of the German giants.

Burnley and Bayern Munich have agreed a deal for head coach Vincent Kompany.

The Belgium manager is set to ink a 3-year contract with the Bavarian team as a successor of Thomas Tuchel.

The German club will pay the English team almost 13 million dollars in compensation. The framework of a contract has been agreed after days of discussions between the 2 teams.

Vincent, who inked a deal extension with Burnley in the past summer, has already verbally agreed an offer from Bayern Munich. It will be the ex-Sky Blues defender’s 3rd head coaching hiring after periods at Anderlecht and Burnley.

Kompany promoted Burnley to the EPL in his 1st season at Turf Moor but finished in the relegation zone this campaign as his side returned immediacy to the 2nd tier of English football.

The Bavarian club have turned to the Belgium after failing to find Tuchel’s replacement in the past few weeks as Xabi Alonso, Julian Nagelsmann and Ralf Rangnick rejected the chance to manage the team.
