Bayern Munich management is closely monitoring the situation with Kylian Mbappe, the German media reports on Thursday. The French international has a contract with PSG until the end of the season, and at the “Allianz Arena” are ready to sign him as a free agent if he finds their offer satisfying.
The Bavarian club believe that a possible transfer of Mbappe is not impossible and they plan to contact his representatives in the near future. The main problem for Bayern would be the high salary that would have to be paid to the French striker.
Even though Thomas Tuchel said in his recent interview that signing Kylian Mbappé was unrealistic, neither the coach nor Bayern consider a potential move for the French superstar to be impossible. Mbappé is hugely appreciated at FC Bayern, with Uli Hoeneß and Karl-Heinz… pic.twitter.com/1NSSoEiiuQ

In the last couple of weeks multiple sources report that Real Madrid’s interest in Kylian Mbappe has cooled down, and he himself does not intend to sign a new contract with PSG, which means he will definitely be a free agent next summer, but he is far from sure where he will play.
Liverpool is also interested in possibly attracting the forward. Kylian Mbappe has scored 15 goals for PSG in all competitions so far this season.
