He suffered an injury against Freiburg on Tuesday
Bayern Munich forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is likely to miss the Champions League quarter-final first leg against Manchester City. The meeting is on Tuesday, April 11.
The Cameroonian has been out with a knee injury since Tuesday’s DFB Cup match against Freiburg.
“We will be in a race against time, although I think there is a small chance that Chupo-Moting will help us against Manchester City,” Bayern’s manager Tomas Tuchel said.
The striker has 17 goals in 28 games for the Bavarians this season.
