The Cincinnati Bengals are very close to signing an experienced tight end to help their offense.
TE Noah Fant, a 2019 1st-round selection, is on the verge of signing with Cincinnati on a 1-year contract. In 6 years in the NFL, Noah has started in 83 of his 95 matches. In the past campaign with the Seahawks, Fant had 48 catches for 500 yards and 1 TD.
The veteran spent the 1st 3 seasons in the league with the Broncos. In 2022, he was traded to Seattle, where he had started in 42 games.
Fant has looked for a new team since Seattle released him earlier this month. The TE visited Cincinnati, Miami, and New Orleans before deciding to continue his career with the Bengals.

Fant will have a competition at the tight end position at the Bengals, as Mike Gesicki and Drew Sample are there. Mike is Cincinnati’s primary pass-catching TE, while Drew has been valued most as a great runner in the system.
Gesicki inked a 3-year, almost 26 million dollar deal with Cincinnati ahead of the new NFL campaign as the team showed its confidence in him for the future.
