Besiktas have paid over 11 million pounds to AS Roma for Tammy Abraham, as the Turkish team prepare to sell him to Aston Villa.
The forward had a medical on the past weekend, having travelled to the UK the day before, after the Villains agreed an 18 million pounds deal with the Turkish club.
The Super Lig team had an obligation to buy in the loan deal, which took Tammy from the Wolves in the past summer, and did not want to let him leave, but are reluctantly allowing Abraham to return to the UK.
Tammy, who has played 11 matches for the Three Lions, netted 12 goals in 24 matches for the Turkish side.
Abraham joined the Wolves from the Blues for 34 million pounds in 2021 and netted 39 goals in 120 matches for Roma, triumphing with the ECL in 2022.
Abraham was loaned to AC Milan during the 2024-25 campaign, netting 10 goals in 44 games.
Now the forward will have the chance to return to the Premier League, where he made a name for himself at Chelsea, and try to help Aston Villa finish in the top 5.
