Brady, who is 36 years old, has been with Buffalo since 2022, initially joining ex-manager Sean McDermott’s staff as the organization’s QBs coach. Joe was promoted to interim OC during the fall of 2023 after then-OC Ken Dorsey was dismissed. Brady was appointed as the full-time OC for the past season.
Bills owner Terry Pegula revealed that they decided to fire McDermott after he visited the team’s locker room after the OT defeat against the Broncos.
Buffalo’s QB Josh Allen, who turns 30 in a few months, was part of the coaching search, being part of the interviews as the GM Brandon Beane led the procedure that concluded with the promotion of Joe Brady.
