Portland Trail Blazers beat San Antonio Spurs 85-80 in their Summer League clash in Las Vegas.

The fans at the Thomas & Mack Center were treated to a bounce-back game for Wembanyama who scored 27 points with 12 rebounds after struggling in his summer debut on Friday against Charlotte when he made just 2 of 13 shots for nine points.

Despite his great performance, Blazers managed to control the game and withstood a late San Antonio comeback to win 85-80 without Scoot Henderson, the No. 3 pick in the draft, and with Shaedon Sharpe struggling. Henderson sat out with a sprained right shoulder.

The Blazers’ main scorer on this night was point guard Michael Devoe, netting 29 points on 10-of-17 shooting and had five assists with zero turnovers.
