“Especially when it matters the most in a match, I kind of mentally prepare myself never to miss a chance when the opportunity arrives,” Guerrero shared. “That’s my job.”
Vladimir singled and finished successfully in a 2-run 4th. But his biggest strike was when Toronto needed it the most late in the clash.
He gave his franchise the lead when he connected vs. Joe Kelly after Brandon Belt led off the 8th with a walk. He went in the other direction and was able to score his 13th homer.
