The quarterback suffered from a concussion during a loss against Minnesota on Monday.
Purdy got hit in the helmet on a quarterback sneak in the fourth quarter against the Vikings. He remained in the game but threw two interceptions on his final six pass attempts.
The 23-year-old was subsequently put on the concussion protocol as he endured symptoms on the way back home.
The San Francisco man is now cleared from the protocol and took part of a limited training session on Wednesday and full training session on Friday.
Head-coach Kyle Shanahan was adamant he will start Purdy if he is cleared by the doctors. So the quarterback will certainly be making an appearance against the Vikings.
