The Philadelphia Eagles receiver A.J. Brown talked about the root of his recent frustrations today and denied the rumors that he has a problem with manager Nick Sirianni.
“People say I’m beefing with my head coach,” the receiver shared. “I’m not mad at him, I’m not mad at nobody. We are alright with each other.
“We’re rooting for Sirianni. We’re rooting for [offensive coordinator] Brian [Johnson]. We just have to be on the field and triumph.”
Eagles star receiver A.J. Brown apologized to his teammates Wednesday for his silence and for placing them in a situation where they had to cover for him.
“Everybody in this locker room is frustrated. So why are you singling me out?”

A.J. refused to talk with the reporters after Philly’s last 2 matches – a shake victory vs. the Giants on Christmas Day followed by past weekend’s shocking defeat against the 12-loss Cardinals organization that delivered a blow to the Eagles’ chances of clinching the NFC East.
Brown added that he apologized to his teammates for making them speak on his behalf after the last 2 Eagles matches.
