Brown and Tatum combined for 63 points in the Celtics victory.

Jaylen Brown notched 37 points, Jayson Tatum finished with 26 and the Boston Celtics defeated the Phoenix Suns 127-112 at TD Garden in Boston, MA.

Al Horford scored 24 points, including 6 of Celtics’ campaign high-tying 25 3-pointers to help Boston to beat Phoenix for the 2nd time in a week. The franchise improved to a league-best 52-14.

Devin Booker was the highest-scorer for Phoenix with 23 points. Bradley Beal notched 22 points and had 7 assists. Kevin Durant and Grayson Allen each scored 20 points.

In the past week, Boston defeated the Phoenix team competing without Booker (ankle) during a double-digit triumph away from home, despite Kevin Durant notching 45 points that night.

Kevin began the rematch strong. But Devin began slowly before finishing 9 of 20 from the field. In the meantime, the All-Star duo of Tatum and Brown combined for 43 of Boston’s 65 1st half points.

The Celtics outscored the Suns in each of the 1st 3 quarters and only lost the 4th by 2 points when the game was already decided and bench players were on the court.

Phoenix will play against the Hornets in Charlotte on Friday, while Boston will face Wizards in Washington on Sunday.
