After the Houston Texans’ 17-13 victory in their last preseason match vs. New Orleans Saints, manager DeMeco Ryans shared that QB C.J. Stroud will play from the 1st minute on the field in Week 1 vs. the Baltimore Ravens.
“It’s a phenomenal feeling, something that I think I did everything I could for and definitely deserved,” C.J. claimed. “At the same time, it’s all the same. I’m still going to practice like the way I’m practicing, but I will put even more effort now. I’m blessed enough to be able to be the preferred quarterback for Texans, so young in the NFL, which is very hard to achieve. But I know my coaching staff have trust and faith in me, so I’ll go out there and try not to disappoint them.”
