Kyle, a 6th-time All-Star guard, has wanted to return to Philadelphia for a long time, and now he will get his opportunity to make a postseason push with the 76ers with his longtime ex-manager Nick Nurse.
The guard ended up in Charlotte as part of the Terry Rozier trade from the Heat in January, and the Hornets and Kyle agreed that he would sit out until the end of the exchange period. He had almost 11 million dollars left on his 29.7 million contract for the current campaign before the buyout with Charlotte.
