Chicago Bears safety Eddie Jackson put very high ambitions ahead of the new NFL campaign.

He shared on social media that he will improve greatly in the upcoming season.
“I’m going to have 1 of the best years ever played by a safety!” Eddie wrote. “Mark my words.”
He was selected by the Bears in the 4th round at the 2017 NFL Draft, became 1st team All-Pro in the next year, and inked a 4-year, almost 59 million dollars deal extension at the end of the 2019 campaign, as he was the highest-paid safety in the league at the time. The NFL franchise from Chicago trusted that he would become one of the best defensive players.
However, Jackson disappointed in the previous 3 campaigns. Almost 30 years old, many believe he will only play worse as the years pass. Eddie doesn’t agree with that.
